Bordering the Lower Zambezi National Park is one of the most established Lower Zambezi operations, Chongwe Safaris. Chongwe River Camp, has nine classic safari tents under thatch, and is relaxed and comfortable, with an open sandy campfire next to the river and a swimming pool. The two Chongwe River Suites offer seclusion and privacy, ideal for honeymooners or families, each with with a plunge pool overlooking the river. Albida sleeps four, with two spacious bedrooms either side of a private dining room and lounge area with fire pit. Cassia is an ultra private suite for two, with a canopied lounge and dining area. Chongwe House is a spectacular and unique private home, with sensational views, sleeping up to eight guests, and is the ideal safari base for a family or group of friends.
