Siwandu, situated on the shores of Lake Nzerakera, is in one of the most attractive areas of the huge Selous Game Reserve. All tents are widely spaced along the lake shore ensuring maximum privacy and wonderful views.
The 10 spacious octagonal tents enable guests to gaze upon the animals as they saunter past. The camp has its own swimming pool, bar and dining area and has its own host, game viewing vehicles, jetty for boat safaris and walking guides.

200 km South-West of Dar Es Salaam lies the mighty Selous Game Reserve, one of Africa’s least known yet wildest conservation areas, and at 55,000 sq km Selous is four times larger than the Serengeti. This reserve is home to over 1,000,000 large animals and is home to over half of Tanzania’s Elephant population. The camp is about 6 km outside of the reserve, consisting of
ten en-suite tents, equipped with comfortable beds, electricity and verandahs.
