Fundu Lagoon is a funky and exclusive, yet casual, beach lodge located on the south-west of the island of Pemba, in the Zanzibar Archipelago. Pemba Island couldn't be more different from Zanzibar (Unguja), with a real feeling of peace and quiet. The resort's main areas are open sided with thatch roofing. There are three bars, an excellent restaurant and a beautiful infinity pool, all designed to blend naturally with the unique setting. The Fusion Spa has a range of exclusive treatments using specially formulated blends of local spices and, for the more active, there is the resort's fully equipped dive centre ready to take you out to explore the marine life on the surrounding coral reefs and deep drop offs.

Architecturally individual Aiyana is situated in the north of remarkable Pemba Island, in a stunning location. The lobby and reception boast spectacular sea views with their large flowing areas, allowing the sea air to be a constant source of relaxation and refreshment. Each of Aiyana's villas is essentially beachfront and all enjoy spectacular sea views, the decor style could accurately be described as minimalist luxury, but very chic. The main area is comprised of a restaurant serving fusions of Zanzibar and international flavours and is a celebration of farm to table cuisine with 'catch of the day' fresh fish and seafood being a speciality.
