Kwando Safaris has two large private concession areas, the 17,500 hectare Kwara concession on the northern edge of the Okavango Delta, and the original 232 00 hectare Kwando concession along the Kwando River,
in the far north. Kwando Safaris has built a circuit of exclusive camps around northern Botswana, enabling guests to enjoy the best of Botswana's wilderness areas and wildlife. The focus is on the overall safari experience.
One of only two camps in the huge Kwando concession Lebala sits on the floodplains of the Kwando River and the special ecosystem is home to a wide variety of Africa’s plains game, away from the dense mopane woodland and perfect for big game. The other is Lagoon Camp, on the shady banks of the Kwando River among tall and ancient African Ebony and Marula trees.
A special feature of this camp is the afternoon river cruise; the unique double deck boat allows guests the opportunity to drift along the river while enjoying spectacular views. Lebala - 8 tents (1 family tent); Lagoon - 8 tents (1 family tent)
Kwara's location allows access to the permanent waterways of the Delta as well as expansive dry land areas, admired for their quality game viewing. Kwara offers a wide variety of activities. In addition to game drives, both day and night, the camps offer power boating, game walks, mokoro trips and fishing. The main areas of the camp overlook the lagoon, which is great for game viewing in itself. Little Kwara is the sister camp to Kwara.

Splash Camp, also within the Private Kwara Reserve, offers a relaxed, friendly and authentic atmosphere. The area has long been known as Splash due to the huge water crossings that had to be negotiated to access the camp, which is located around a pan. Each room has a private veranda, the perfect place to relax and take in the magnificent views.

Nxai Pan is located on the western edge of the fossil pan from which the camp takes its name, with great views over both the Pan itself and the permanent watering hole that attracts a variety of game. The minimalistic white-washed design of the camp is in keeping with the surrounding white salt pans.

Tau Pan Camp is located in the heart of the Central Kalahari Game Reserve in central Botswana, recognised for its stark beauty and remoteness. Tau Pan offers truly incredible views from the elevated ridge of an ancient sand dune, an unusual experience in a land as flat as Botswana.
