The magnificent gardens incorporate an ever changing seasonal variety of organic citrus, vegetables, herbs and vines, and the disused kraal was converted into the Babel Restaurant, which serves the freshest and healthiest breakfasts, using ingredients directly out of the gardens. There are 5 rooms in the Manor House, which is booked on an exclusive use basis. The rest of the cottages and suites are scattered around the grounds. The focus of the farm is the diverse garden,
